In the race to introduce 5G to the masses, a push is being made to repurpose much of the mid-band spectrum — particularly the C-band — to effectively bring this wireless service to as many places as possible. But the FCC must successfully hold a public auction for this space before it’s too late. AEI’s Roslyn Layton explains.
