Space Corps: A new military branch? | IN 60 SECONDS

The House of Representatives’ version of a defense policy bill mandates the creation of a new military service, the “Space Corps”, by January 2019. Yet the Air Force already has a space command, and many in the military think the House’s bill would create needless complexity and bureaucracy in the U.S. Armed Forces. Is the Space Corps a good idea? AEI’s Mackenzie Eaglen offers her thoughts.
